What will you do?

As a Non-Voice Customer Service Representative, you'll support customer service operations through non-voice communication channels. You'll help address customer concerns and provide clear, professional assistance in line with the assigned account's requirements.

• Respond to customer inquiries through the assigned non-voice channel.
• Provide accurate information and assistance based on customer concerns.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in written English.
• Use computer applications to support customer service tasks.
• Help maintain a positive customer experience through timely and appropriate responses.

• Good English communication skills.
