Hotel Reservation Manager

Job Summary

The Hotel Reservation Manager will manage hotel bookings, supplier relationships, room availability, rate negotiations, and reservation operations. The role requires coordination with hotels, vendors, sales, and operations teams to ensure accurate bookings, competitive pricing, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage hotel reservations, room availability, rates, and booking confirmations.
• Negotiate hotel contracts, corporate rates, seasonal rates, and special offers.
• Coordinate with domestic and international hotels and suppliers.
• Ensure timely booking confirmations, vouchers, amendments, and cancellations.
• Monitor rooming lists, check-in/check-out dates, and special guest requests.
• Maintain reservation records, booking sheets, and CRM updates.
• Handle overbooking, rate discrepancies, cancellations, and guest complaints.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Accounts for booking payments and reconciliation.
• Monitor hotel costs, supplier payments, booking profitability, and cancellation charges.
• Supervise the reservation team, allocate work, and monitor daily performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners and vendors.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
