Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to hotel reservations and accommodations.
• Assist guests with new bookings, reservation modifications, cancellations, and rebookings.
• Provide accurate information about room availability, hotel amenities, rates, promotions, and booking policies.
• Process reservations and customer requests efficiently using company systems.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally while delivering excellent customer service.
• Document customer interactions accurately.
• Escalate complex reservation or guest concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Meet quality assurance, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
