Hotel Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and organized Hotel Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Department. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with corporate clients, groups, and hotel guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager with daily sales activities and administrative support
• Respond to sales inquiries and follow up with potential clients
• Prepare proposals, contracts, reports, and other sales documents
• Coordinate group reservations, meetings, and special events
• Maintain accurate client and sales records
• Communicate with Front Office, Operations, Housekeeping, and other hotel departments regarding group and client needs
• Assist with client site tours and hotel presentations
• Follow up on leads, contracts, room blocks, and upcoming groups
• Maintain professional relationships with corporate and group clients
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications

• Previous hotel, hospitality, sales, or customer service experience preferred
• Hotel Sales Coordinator experience is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional phone and email communication
• Detail-oriented with good follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Experience with hotel PMS, sales, or CRM systems is preferred

Schedule

Full-time position. Monday through Friday is the primary schedule, with occasional flexibility based on hotel business needs.

Compensation

$26.00–$32.00 per hour, depending on hotel sales experience and qualifications.
