Hotel Security Guard

Responsibilities

• Security Guard in charge of the safety and security of people and property at the hotel
• Welcome and assist the guests, as the host of the hotel
• Rounding, clocking, updating log
• Assist guests and team members to write and compile incident reports
• Attend to security-related issues in the hotel
• Reporting to Security Manager

Requirements

• Must be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Friendly, approachable with pleasant personality
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holiday
• Previous experience in Security, preferably in hospitality setting
• Knowledge/certification in security and safety fields is an added advantage
• Responsive, honest and able to practice open communication
