About the role

Dooley’s is a busy country motel and tavern with 68 motel rooms, a popular tavern, bistro and guest facilities. We are looking for someone with energy, reliability and a great eye for detail to help keep our rooms and shared spaces fresh, clean and welcoming.

Your day may include:

• Cleaning and servicing motel rooms
• Determining work requirements and allocating duties to Housekeepers
• Overseeing the work of the Housekeepers and suggesting improvements
• Maintaining attendance records and rosters
• Making beds and refreshing rooms
• Cleaning bathrooms and guest areas
• Ordering and Restocking guest supplies
• Helping with laundry
• Reporting maintenance or replacement needs
• Maintaining compliance / standards
• Maintaining and training staff on safety regulations
• Making sure rooms are guest-ready and looking great
• May perform front office and hotel reception duties
• Conferring with workers to resolve grievances

About you
