Duties

• Safely operate shuttle vehicles, passenger vans, or personal vehicles to transport guests between hotel premises and local destinations
• Follow designated routes using GPS navigation systems to ensure timely arrivals and departures
• Assist passengers with luggage and provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering directions
• Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of shuttle vehicles to ensure safety and comfort
• Adhere strictly to traffic regulations, state transportation laws, and safety protocols at all times
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members to coordinate schedules and address any concerns promptly
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report any issues, and perform light manual handling or heavy lifting when necessary

Skills

• Proven experience as a delivery driver, bus driver, van driver, or chauffeur driving passenger vehicles
• Strong knowledge of local driving routes and GPS navigation tools
• Familiarity with shuttle driving, medical transportation, or client transportation services
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling safely when assisting passengers or managing luggage
• Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and vehicle maintenance procedures
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, professional demeanor
