What they need
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant hotel, resort, or hospitality experience, preferably with experience.
- Knowledge of hotel/resort operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, and basic F&B.
- Strong leadership, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to handle guest concerns and supervise staff effectively.
- Computer literate; knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and/or hotel management systems.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Responsible, organized, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferably residing in San Rafael, Bulacan or nearby areas.
