A boutique hotel in Festac, Lagos, equipped with modern amenities, urgently requires a responsible and experienced Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily activities, supervise staff, maintain service standards, and ensure smooth hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily hotel operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and compliance with hotel policies.
• Coordinate activities across housekeeping, front desk, and other departments.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and customer service.
• Attend to guest enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Monitor staff duties and ensure tasks are completed promptly.
• Report operational issues and staff concerns to management.
• Ensure hotel facilities and equipment are properly maintained.
• Support management in maintaining discipline and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel supervision or hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate daily activities.
• Honest, responsible, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
