Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the receiving, handling, storing, and dispatching of goods and supplies in the hotel warehouse.
• Ensure the accuracy of stock levels and maintain weekly and monthly inventory reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to place orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the warehouse and storage areas.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff and provide coaching and feedback for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage logistical coordination between the warehouse, purchasing, and accounting departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
• Proficient in computer software applications such as MS Office and inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of warehouse staff.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
