• Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday (Rotating on-call weekends / emergency nights as needed)
• Requirements/Qualifications: 2–4 years residential or commercial carpentry experience; valid driver's license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; High School Diploma or trade apprenticeship .

What You’ll Do As a skilled Carpenter on our team, you manage, repair, and maintain structural facilities across campus ! Your daily facility maintenance technician duties include:

• Conducting inspections, reading blueprints, laying out flooring, roofing, and drywall, and executing structural repairs .
• Preparing surfaces, repairing cabinets, doors, and frameworks using specialized carpentry hand and power tools .
• Completing work orders, managing tool inventories, and serving as a versatile maintenance carpenter when trade support is needed .

What You Bring To The Team

• 2–4 years of commercial or residential carpentry background .
• Valid driver's license and strong knowledge of safety protocols (Lockout/Tagout, PPE) .
• Physical capability to climb, balance on ladders/scaffolding, and lift up to 50 lbs .
