Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and reliable hourly manager/cashier to help lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations. In this role, you'll be the friendly face greeting guests at the register, managing cash handling, and supporting overall restaurant management. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service during their visit.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS accurately for order processing and payments.
• Handle cash transactions with precision, including giving change and balancing registers at shift end.
• Assist in food preparation tasks like assembling orders, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Support inventory control by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies.
• Supervise team members during shifts, providing guidance on food safety, customer service, and operational procedures.
• Train new staff on POS systems, food handling protocols, and customer service expectations to foster a cohesive team environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred.
• Experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen management is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience within hospitality or restaurant settings is advantageous.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control practices, and food industry regulations will support success in this role.
