Hourly Shift Lead

Location: Moore, OK, 73160 Job Description The Hourly Shift Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a specific shift in a retail or food service establishment. They are responsible for ensuring that all employees are performing their duties correctly and efficiently, and that customers are receiving excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the work of all employees on the shift
• Ensure that all employees are following company policies and procedures
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training to existing employees
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure that all equipment is in good working order and report any issues to management
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
