Hourly Shift Lead

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of staff members during shifts
• Assist in training new employees and conducting performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving overall operations

Experience:

• Previous experience in a hospitality setting, preferably in roles such as restaurant management, assistant manager, or bartending
• Strong knowledge of kitchen management, food service management, catering, and banquet operations
• Ability to conduct interviews and make hiring decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
