House cleaner (associate)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented House Cleaner (Associate) to join our dedicated cleaning team. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning to ensure a pristine environment.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain high standards of hygiene across all areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment including vacuum cleaners, carpet cleaners, and other janitorial tools safely and effectively.
• Manage floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to keep floors looking their best.
• Use appropriate cleaning detergents and supplies while adhering to safety guidelines for manual handling and chemical use.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs, provide updates on completed tasks, and address any special requests or concerns.
• Prioritize tasks using effective time management skills to complete all duties within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards.

Experience

• Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred; familiarity with janitorial procedures is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to handle heavy lifting safely during tasks such as moving furniture or large items.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, dusting techniques, and sanitation practices essential for maintaining hygienic environments.
• Outdoor work experience is advantageous for handling exterior cleaning tasks effectively Such as window cleanings.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently through excellent time management skills.
