House Cleaner

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our dedicated team. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and surface sanitation to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene and safety.
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing for clients.
• Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, polishing, and using specialized equipment for deep cleaning when necessary.
• Manage outdoor work responsibilities including patio or porch cleaning and outdoor surface maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Use manual handling techniques safely to lift heavy furniture or appliances during deep cleans or move-outs while adhering to safety protocols.
• Organize cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently for each job to optimize time management and productivity.

Experience

• Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred, with familiarity in janitorial or custodial roles highly valued.
• Demonstrated ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and sanitation standards consistently.
• Experience with floor care techniques including carpet cleaning, polishing hardwood floors, and using various cleaning equipment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces such as countertops, appliances, windows, and bathroom fixtures.
• Physical capability to perform heavy lifting tasks regularly and stand or walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Outdoor work experience is a plus, especially in maintaining outdoor surfaces or gardening-related tasks related to property upkeep.

Pay: $25.47 - $30.68 per hour
