Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and sanitation of all rooms and surfaces.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygienic environments.
• Conduct laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing with suitable cleaning equipment.
• Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting, moving furniture or appliances safely while adhering to proper handling techniques.
• Manage outdoor work responsibilities such as patio or porch cleaning when required.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout each visit.
• Organize housekeeping supplies, monitor inventory levels, and ensure proper use of cleaning products while following safety guidelines.
• Follow detailed cleaning schedules to maximize efficiency and time management during each appointment.

Experience

• Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is highly preferred, including janitorial or custodial roles.
• Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and sanitation standards.
• Familiarity with the use of various cleaning detergents, equipment, and tools necessary for thorough cleaning tasks.
• Experience in outdoor work environments is a plus, showcasing versatility in different settings.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
• Ability to handle manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and moving items as needed.
• Proven time management skills to efficiently complete multiple appointments while maintaining high-quality standards.

Pay: $24.93 - $30.02 per hour
