House Cleaner

Job Summary

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Care for floors through sweeping, polishing, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to ensure a pristine finish
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the cleaning process
• Manage janitorial responsibilities including waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment

Qualifications

• Prior experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is highly desirable
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and hotel housekeeping standards is a plus
• Strong understanding of sanitation protocols and proper use of cleaning products
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
• Experience with laundry services and basic household chores preferred
