Looking for steady daytime work with weekly pay, paid training, and a team that takes pride in helping clients feel like their homes are fresh, calm, and handled?

We’re hiring experienced house cleaners who are dependable, detail-oriented, and want clear expectations without a lot of guesswork.

What you’ll get

• Opportunity to move to $22/hour after 90 days based on performance

What we’re looking for

• At least 6 months of paid residential cleaning experience
• Reliable and on time
• Comfortable working independently and with a teammate
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current insurance
• Able to travel to homes throughout Kitsap County

We’ll train you on the NW Cleaning Crew system, standards, and client experience.
