Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure a pristine environment.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures with precision, adhering to safety standards and using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment.
• Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently.
• Care for floors through carpet cleaning, floor care routines, and proper use of cleaning equipment to maintain their appearance and longevity.
• Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work experience when necessary to access hard-to-reach areas or perform deep cleaning.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Maintain organized housekeeping management by tracking completed tasks and ensuring all surfaces are cleaned to the highest standards.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management with janitorial or custodial background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and proper use of cleaning detergents and equipment.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual handling tasks comfortably.
• Skilled in outdoor work activities related to exterior cleaning or yard maintenance when required.
• Exceptional customer service skills with clear client communication to understand preferences and deliver satisfaction.
• Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods and sanitation procedures essential for maintaining hygiene standards.
