House Cleaner

We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team! We're family-owned, 5.0 stars on Google. You clean, we handle everything else: scheduling, clients, billing.

Position Overview

As a House Cleaner, you'll clean residential homes to a high standard. This is a hands-on, physical job. Every home comes with a written checklist, so you always know exactly what done means.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing

• Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas

• Follow the cleaning checklist for each client

• Laundry and dishes at some homes

• Finish photos through our simple job app

• Work independently or as part of a small team

Requirements

• Dependable, honest, detail-oriented

• Able to work independently without supervision

• Comfortable working in homes with cats and dogs

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license (you travel between homes)

• Smartphone for schedules and photos

• Physically able to bend, lift 25 lbs, and be on your feet for several hours

• Must pass a background check

• Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required (we will train the right person)

• If something comes up, tell us the moment you know. No-shows and silence are the one thing we can't work with.

• Travel areas: NW Detroit, Ferndale, Royal Oak, Berkley, the Grosse Pointes, and Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti

Pay & Schedule

• Starting pay $21/hr, paid weekly, never late

• Tips are 100% yours, cash or card

• Deep cleans pay extra and come up weekly

• Daytime hours, no nights. 10-12 hour workdays available if you want them. Weekends only if you want the extra deep cleans.

• 3+ weekdays available gets you a full route. Fewer days is fine, you'd be flex/backup until that changes.
