Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure a pristine environment.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing efficiently.
• Clean floors thoroughly using various methods like sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques to keep surfaces spotless.
• Maintain the cleanliness of all surfaces, including countertops, appliances, windows, and furniture, with careful attention to detail.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively while adhering to all safety protocols related to manual handling and heavy lifting.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled windows while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Assist with outdoor work when necessary, such as patio or porch cleaning, ensuring the entire property is well-maintained.

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles; janitorial or carpet cleaning experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents and chemicals used in household environments.
• Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy objects safely when required.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete assignments promptly.
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods.
• A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Pay: $18.25 - $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 – 20.0 per week
