Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and sanitize surfaces to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Change linens, organize clutter, and ensure all areas are tidy and inviting
• Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently to deliver optimal results
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs or preferences
• Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning visits
• Follow health and safety guidelines to create a safe environment for yourself and residents

Requirements

• Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks promptly
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the day
• Excellent communication skills to interact courteously with clients and team members
• Reliable transportation or ability to commute to various client locations as needed
• A positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving are highly valued
