Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, floor care, and surface sanitation across residential properties.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygienic environments.
• Manage laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
• Handle manual lifting of furniture, appliances, or heavy cleaning equipment safely during deep cleans or outdoor work.
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas when required, including patios or walkways.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences and address any special requests or concerns.
• Use proper cleaning equipment and supplies while adhering to safety guidelines and sanitation standards to ensure quality results.

Experience

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidates.
• Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and the use of various cleaning detergents and equipment.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently complete scheduled tasks within designated timeframes.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks with physical endurance.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
• Outdoor work experience is a plus for roles involving exterior cleaning or yard maintenance.
• Knowledge of housekeeping management practices is advantageous for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across multiple properties.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
