House Cleaner

Position Overview:

We’re seeking House Cleaners who are dependable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy. You’ll be responsible for providing high-quality residential cleaning services, maintaining professional standards, and delivering a great experience for every client.

This is a 1099 contractor position with flexible scheduling and opportunities for pay increases based on performance and consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed cleaning of residential homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas
• Follow cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Handle cleaning supplies and equipment responsibly
• Arrive on time and complete jobs efficiently
• Report any issues, damages, or schedule changes promptly

Requirements:

• High integrity and strong moral character — honesty is essential
• No history of drug use
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Must pass a background check and character reference check
• Physically able to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Cleaning experience preferred, but not required — we’ll train the right person

Pay & Growth:

• Starting / training pay: $18.00 per hour
• Pay increases with skill, consistency, and customer satisfaction
• Performance-based bonuses and growth opportunities

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $80.00 - $240.00 per day
