House Cleaner

We are seeking a proactive House Cleaner to join our internal, in-house team. This role is ideal for a self-directed individual who takes immense pride in maintaining a world-class, spotless environment and keeping residential spaces in immaculate condition. Whether your background is as a professional housekeeper, domestic worker, or residential cleaning specialist, you will act as the essential backbone of our daily home care operations.

Daily Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Home Care: Executing daily vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and deep cleaning across all residential living areas, bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms.
• Routine & Deep Sanitation: Performing scheduled deep-cleaning runs, surface disinfection, appliance cleaning (ovens, refrigerators, microwaves), and window cleaning to maintain elite hygiene standards.
• Event & Turnover Maintenance: Managing pre- and post-event cleanups, addressing accidental spills immediately, and keeping guest rooms and entertainment areas pristine.
• Equipment & Supply Management: Safely operating and maintaining home cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaners, steam mops, polishers) while tracking household cleaning supply inventories and restocks.
• Mobile Task Management: Using a mobile application to receive, update, and close off daily household cleaning checklists and maintenance requests.

Requirements

• Proven Discipline: A demonstrated track record of managing physical cleaning tasks independently and maintaining consistent quality standards.
• Attention to Detail: Deep knowledge of various surfaces (hardwood, tile, marble, glass), surface-specific cleaning agents, and effective stain removal protocols.
• Professional Attitude: Polite, trustworthy, discreet, and respectful conduct that aligns with our culture of care and trust.
• Mobile Literacy: Ability to manage daily task checklists via mobile platforms.

• Organised and highly proactive in identifying areas that require attention before dust or grime builds up.
• Comfortable following chemical safety protocols to protect home surfaces, delicate materials, and indoor air quality.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively to complete all routine and deep-cleaning tasks smoothly.

• Strong in basic communication, coordinating seamlessly with home managers or household leads regarding supply needs and schedules.
