House cleaner

This job requires you to have reliable Transportation and drive to your jobs all through Boise- Caldwell. Must be very reliable, and have a good vehicle to make it to all of your jobs each day. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes and linens efficiently.
• Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, carpet cleaning, and polishing to keep floors pristine.
• Manage manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of furniture or supplies safely and effectively.
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow safety guidelines for janitorial and custodial work, ensuring proper use of cleaning equipment and adherence to sanitation protocols.
• Manage time effectively to complete scheduled tasks within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles; janitorial or custodial experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and outdoor work experience is desirable.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, buffers, and other janitorial tools.
• Ability to implement cleaning and sanitation procedures accurately while adhering to safety standards.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their needs and preferences.
• Physical capability for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting.
