Work Location: In person

Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas
• Make beds and change linens
• Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
• Assist with organizing and decluttering rooms
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction
• Handle special cleaning projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred
• Knowledge of proper floor care techniques is a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on client needs
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
• Customer service-oriented mindset to ensure client satisfaction
• Valid driver's license is preferred

Skills:

• Custodial experience
• Knowledge of laundering techniques
• Familiarity with hotel housekeeping standards
• Floor care knowledge
• Basic understanding of housekeeping management principles
• Proficient in general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, etc.
• Experience in residential cleaning is a plus
• Strong customer service skills
