In this role you'll play a vital part in creating welcoming, spotless homes for our clients — performing thorough cleaning tasks with precision, care, and a positive attitude. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure every home meets our quality standards and exceeds client expectations.

Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to ensure a pristine environment.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
• Clean floors thoroughly, including carpet cleaning and floor care, utilizing manual handling techniques for heavy lifting when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness of surfaces, appliances, bathrooms, kitchens, and outdoor areas as required.
• Use proper janitorial and custodial practices to uphold safety protocols and sanitation regulations.
• Follow client-specific instructions and maintain consistent quality across every home.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service while respecting their privacy.
• Represent Superior House Cleaning with professionalism and care in every client interaction

Qualifications

• Reliable personal transportation to drive to job sites in the Vancouver, WA and surrounding areas
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
• Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their cleaning preferences.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and manual handling required for thorough residential cleaning.
