House Cleaner

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaners to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various residential and commercial settings. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients' spaces are spotless, welcoming, and comfortable. The ideal candidate should possess a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for cleanliness.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens and towels as needed to maintain freshness and hygiene.
• Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to ensure all surfaces are well-maintained.
• Clean kitchens and bathrooms meticulously, ensuring all appliances and fixtures are sanitized.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning visits.
• Follow safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks to management promptly.

Experience

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or residential cleaning is preferred
• Familiarity with hotel cleaning standards is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and understand their specific cleaning needs.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and the use of various cleaning products is beneficial.
