Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness and organization of our clients’ homes. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to meet high standards of cleanliness
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures effectively across all areas of the home, ensuring safety and hygiene compliance
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency
• Use appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to clean floors, surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and outdoor areas as needed
• Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or appliances safely and responsibly
• Maintain organized cleaning supplies inventory and ensure proper storage of all cleaning equipment
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive attitude

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles, including janitorial or custodial experience preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, and sanitation standards required for safe indoor environments
• Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled appointments
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting, outdoor work, manual handling, and standing for extended periods
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
• Basic knowledge of cooking is a plus for supporting household needs beyond cleaning tasks
• Valid experience in outdoor work environments is advantageous for properties with exterior maintenance needs

Pay: $25.56 - $30.78 per hour
