Pay & Benefits

• Start at $18.00/hour, earn $18.50 after just four months, and grow to $20.00/hour with scheduled raises over your first two years.
• Earn customer tips and bonuses for good reviews.
• Receive an extra $10 each day your crew of two cleans a fourth home.

• Holiday pay after six months with the company.

The Job

Work with a teammate to clean typically three homes per day, occasionally four. Tasks include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms. This is active, physical work that requires attention to detail and a steady, efficient pace.

We’re looking for reliable, friendly team players who communicate well and care about doing quality work.

Schedule & Requirements

• Available 3–5 weekdays per week, starting at 8:30 AM and available until 4:30 PM.
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation to work.
• Willing to complete a background screening.
• Comfortable working in a tobacco-free environment.
