Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces as needed.
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to ensure surfaces are hygienic and safe.
• Clean floors meticulously through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and floor care techniques to maintain a pristine appearance.
• Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently.
• Dust surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and vents to eliminate dust buildup and improve indoor air quality.
• Maintain proper manual handling techniques when lifting heavy objects or moving furniture to prevent injury.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service throughout each visit.

Experience

• Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is highly preferred; janitorial or custodial experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, mops, and scrubbers is essential.
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces including wood, tile, glass, and upholstery ensures proper care and maintenance.
• Experience with outdoor work involving yard or patio cleaning is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled appointments.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while handling household items or cleaning supplies.
• Excellent client communication skills to understand preferences and provide outstanding service consistently.

Pay: $25.68 - $30.93 per hour
