House Cleaner

FRANX Services is hiring.
We’re a Charlotte cleaning company on the way up. We’re looking for someone who cleans like it’s their name on the door, because here it kind of is.

What you’ll do
Clean homes around Charlotte: standard, deep, and move-in/move-out. You get a checklist so “done” means done, and you snap before/after photos so the work speaks for itself. Our scheduling team handles the calls, the booking, and the back-and-forth. You show up and do what you’re good at.

How you get paid

• Per job, not per hour. Work smart, finish clean, and the rest of your day is yours.
• $16/hour equivalent to start, up to $24/hour.
• Example: a 2-bed/2-bath deep clean pays $80 to start, up to $120 at the top level.
• Leveling up isn’t about who you know. It’s your record: happy clients, good reviews, no callbacks. Stack those and your pay goes up.
• Paid weekly.

When
Monday, Tuesday, and Friday are open now. More days are coming as we grow. Want a full schedule? Let’s build it.

You’ve got

• 1+ year of paid cleaning experience
• Your own ride
• Your own supplies
• A smartphone
• General liability insurance, or you’re down to get it (we’ll point you to affordable options)
• The reliability to show up when you say you will. Non-negotiable.

Think you’re the one? Hit apply and answer a few quick questions. If it clicks, we’ll hop on a short call.
