House Cleaner

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and floor care to maintain cleanliness standards
• Sanitize surfaces and ensure proper sanitation practices are followed
• Laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to a streak-free finish
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition
• Follow specific client instructions to meet individual preferences and requirements
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards identified during cleaning tasks
• Uphold health and safety standards by adhering to sanitation protocols and using appropriate protective gear

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, and polishers effectively
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Basic cooking skills are beneficial for preparing light meals or assisting with household chores as needed
• Familiarity with laundry procedures and custodial responsibilities
• Attention to detail to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards
• Ability to manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled hours
• Physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, bending, and lifting heavy objects when necessary
