Duties

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface wiping to ensure all areas are spotless and hygienic
• Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain health standards
• Clean floors thoroughly, including carpet vacuuming and floor care, utilizing suitable tools and techniques for different surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness of surfaces, appliances, bathrooms, and kitchens in accordance with client specifications
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on service completion, and address any special requests or concerns

Skills

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management with janitorial expertise preferred
• Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices
• Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Skilled in the use of cleaning detergents while adhering to safety guidelines
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks promptly without compromising quality
• Customer service oriented with clear client communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures for different environments and surfaces to ensure thorough sanitation
