Job Responsibilities:

• Clean residential and commercial properties, ensuring high-quality results.
• Follow cleaning checklists to meet Mint Cleaning’s standards.
• Work independently and as a team to provide excellent service.
• Build positive relationships with clients and teammates.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Must be 18 or older.
✔ Valid driver’s license.
✔ Reliable transportation (2010 or newer) with proof of insurance.
✔ Strong attention to detail and a great work ethic.
✔ Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.

Pay & Benefits:

Hourly Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 (based on experience)

Available Schedules:

• Full-time & Part-time positions available.
• Day shift (8 AM - 5 PM).
• Part-time requires at least 3 full days per week.
