House Coordinator – Full‑Time In‑Home Support PositionCommunity Horizons is assisting a young gentleman in finding the right person to serve as his in‑home House Coordinator. This is a full‑time position supporting him with daily living, household management, and personal care.Position OverviewThe House Coordinator will help create and maintain a structured daily routine while supporting the member with both household tasks and personal care needs. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently within the home.Primary Responsibilities

• Household Coordination
• Create and maintain a weekly schedule
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Doctor Appointments
• General cleaning and home organization
• Snow removal as needed
• Personal Care Support
• Assist with bathroom needs
• Support with showering, dressing, and shaving
• Meal preparation and cooking
• Follow the diet plan implemented by the member’s parents

Additional Information

• The home does have cameras that record video and audio for safety and monitoring.
• Candidate must be comfortable with a mix of housekeeping and caregiving tasks.
• Reliability and respect for privacy are essential.
• Dependable Transportation/Valid License
• Experience is a plus but not required

Wage: $19.00/HourHours: 8am to 4pmYou do work Holidays and weekend with this positionNo money is exchanged in the home as there is a fiscal agent!

Pay: $18.59 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week

Work Location: In person
