What they need
- Conduct routine inspections of building facilities, equipment, and common areas.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and other building systems.
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures, doors, locks, faucets, lights, and other building components.
- Monitor and maintain mechanical and utility systems to ensure proper operation.
- Respond to maintenance requests and address issues in a timely manner.
- Identify potential safety hazards and take appropriate corrective action.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers when specialized repairs are required.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies in good working condition.
- Keep accurate records of inspections, repairs, maintenance activities, and materials used.
- Assist with building cleaning, grounds maintenance, and other facility-related tasks as needed.
- Follow workplace safety procedures, building regulations, and company policies.
- Respond to urgent maintenance issues and building emergencies when required.
- Perform other duties related to building and facilities maintenance as assigned.
