House Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and well-organized House Manager to oversee the daily operations of the household. The ideal candidate will manage staff, ensure smooth functioning of household activities, maintain discipline, and provide a comfortable and well-maintained living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage household staff (housekeeping, cook, driver, security, etc.)
• Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance
• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and proper upkeep of the property
• Oversee household budgets, expenses, and vendor payments
• Coordinate with service providers and contractors for repairs and maintenance
• Manage inventory of household supplies and groceries
• Organize events, gatherings, and guest arrangements when required
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Handle emergency situations efficiently
• Ensure discipline and proper conduct of all staff members

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a House Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and supervision skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Basic knowledge of budgeting and record keeping
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• High level of trustworthiness and confidentiality
• Ability to multitask and work independently

Education & Experience:

• Graduate preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience managing luxury residences (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Civil Lines, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
