Our elegant 19th-century manor house features 30 comfortable bedrooms, a relaxed yet refined restaurant and bar, and stunning event spaces that host everything from romantic weddings to private celebrations and corporate gatherings.

We are seeking an inspiring and operationally strong House Manager to lead all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and overall direction across all hotel departments
• Drive commercial performance through revenue growth and cost control
• Foster a guest-first culture and lead by example in service excellence
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of hotel team
• Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel standards
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including owners, head office, and partners
• Analyse financial results and implement business improvement strategies
• Ensure operational efficiency and consistently high service delivery
• Champion sustainability, community engagement, and brand reputation
