House Manager

ON-SITE LIVE-IN HOUSE MANAGER NEEDED

Men Transitional Housing Program

We are seeking a dependable, responsible, and compassionate On-Site Live-In House Manager to assist with the daily operation and upkeep of our transitional housing home.

Position: Part-Time / Live-InCompensation: FREE ROOM & BOARD in exchange for part-time House Manager duties

HOUSE MANAGER DUTIES

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the home
• Conduct house meetings and events
• Help coordinate house activities and events
• Oversee clients completing their daily and weekly chores
• Enter case notes of progress
• Ensure house rules and expectations are followed
• Perform light maintenance and report larger maintenance concerns
• Monitor visitors and house safety
• Report incidents, emergencies, or property damage to management
• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients

PROPERTY & YARD DUTIES

• Cut and maintain the grass once a week
• Notify management of property or maintenance concerns

EMERGENCY TRANSPORTATION

• Be available to transport clients on an emergency or as-needed basis
• Transportation is not intended to be a daily service
• Follow program procedures when providing client transportation
• Notify management of emergency transportation needs and incidents

IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, patient, respectful, professional, and able to communicate effectively. The individual should be comfortable working with adults in a transitional housing environment and able to maintain appropriate boundaries.

Experience in transitional housing, social services, caregiving, behavioral health, or community-based programs is a plus.

FREE ROOM & BOARD PROVIDED IN EXCHANGE FOR PART-TIME ON-SITE HOUSE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week

Work Location: In person
