House Manager – Vanderbilt Maids

Location: Bonita Springs / Southwest Florida Pay Range: $18–$30 per hour (based on experience) Employment Type: Part-time or full-time

Position Overview

We’re looking for a dependable, organized, and service-minded House Manager to join our team. This role goes beyond cleaning — you’ll help manage the day-to-day flow of our clients’ households and assist with key operational tasks for the company. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our high standards are met, both in our clients’ homes and within the Vanderbilt Maids team.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily household tasks such as light cleaning, bed making, bathroom resets, laundry, ironing, grocery shopping, and errands
• Maintain organization throughout the home, including closets, pantries, linens, and household supplies
• Coordinate and oversee household services, including cleaning, maintenance, and deliveries
• Manage schedules, reminders, and household systems
• Provide personal assistant support as needed to help clients’ households and daily routines run smoothly
• Answer phones and communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Book new clients and assist with scheduling as needed
• Assist with training new team members to ensure Vanderbilt Maids’ standards are met
• Perform final inspections of homes to ensure Vanderbilt Maids’ quality standards are met before completion

Requirements

• Must speak fluent English (required for client communication)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional, trustworthy, and friendly demeanor
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Prior experience in housekeeping, home management, or administrative support preferred
• Ability to work independently and take initiative

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $18–$25 per hour, depending on experience and responsibilities
• Schedule: Flexible hours available — typically 30–40 hours per week, depending on client needs

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
