About the Opportunity

We are looking for responsible and detail-oriented House Managers to connect with property owners who need ongoing or occasional assistance managing their homes and properties.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy organization, property care, hospitality, and helping homeowners maintain their properties.

Responsibilities May Include

• Conducting routine property checks
• Preparing homes for owners or guests
• Coordinating cleaners and maintenance professionals
• Receiving deliveries
• Managing access to the property
• Checking appliances and basic property conditions
• Reporting issues to the property owner
• Coordinating vendors
• Managing household/property supplies
• Helping prepare properties for guests
• Assisting with move-in/move-out or turnover needs
• Monitoring the overall condition of the property
• Handling other property-support tasks requested by the owner

Qualifications

• Previous house-management, hospitality, property-management, or similar experience preferred
• Highly organized and dependable
• Strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Professional and trustworthy
• Able to work independently
• Reliable transportation
• Available to service properties in your selected Texas area
