Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the guest house, ensuring smooth functioning and maintaining high standards.
• Oversee facility management, including maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of buildings and grounds.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for various services such as cleaning, catering, and security.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years' experience in estate management or related field (caretaking/facility administration).
• Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale residential properties or guest houses.
