What they need
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Household Executive Assistant to provide high-level personal and domestic support in a private residence. This role is hands-on and multi-faceted, requiring initiative, organization, and a warm, family-focused presence. The assistant will support household routines, pet care, visiting grandchildren, family travel, groceries/meal prep, decorating, and upkeep of both indoor and outdoor spaces—including the garden and pool area. The individual will perform all other duties as assigned along with the key responsibilities. The tasks of this position will be carried out at multiple houses (primary and secondary locations), along with an expanding property outside of Iowa City. The individual in this role will be responsible for the smooth functioning of the household by anticipating needs and providing exceptional support to the household members.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
