Household Manager

JD:

• Deliver personalised, high-touch service to the principal and family members, anticipating their needs and handling daily requests with discretion and efficiency.
• Coordinate daily household operations, schedules, appointments, reservations, transportation, and other personal and family arrangements.
• Manage young children's schedules, including kindergarten activities, extracurricular classes, playdates, appointments, and transportation, liaising with schools, tutors, drivers, and activity providers as required.
• Liaise with household staff, chefs, drivers, gardeners, vendors, contractors, and other service providers to ensure smooth household operations.
• Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of luxury residences, ensuring the properties are consistently maintained and presented to the highest standard.
• Coordinate minor renovation, refurbishment, repair, and maintenance works, including obtaining quotations, liaising with contractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring satisfactory completion.
• Coordinate private dinners, family gatherings, celebrations, guest reception, and hospitality arrangements, ensuring a high standard of service and attention to guest preferences.
• Handle household procurement, wine & tea stock take, inventories, vendor relationships, and other ad hoc personal, family, and household matters while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Requirement:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in private households, luxury hospitality, five-star hotels, concierge, guest relations, family assistance, or a comparable high-end service environment.
• Strong service mindset with excellent attention to detail and the ability to anticipate and respond to the needs of the principal and family.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage household operations, children's schedules, guest hospitality, vendors, and property maintenance efficiently.
• Well-presented, mature, professional, and discreet, with strong interpersonal skills and a high level of confidentiality.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential; proficiency in spoken Cantonese is also required.
