Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing supplies to maintain high standards of cleanliness and comfort
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and common spaces in accordance with hotel standards
• Prepare and serve breakfast items with efficiency and a friendly attitude, ensuring all guests receive prompt and courteous service
• Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns related to housekeeping or breakfast service, ensuring a positive guest experience
• Follow safety procedures during cleaning and food service activities to uphold health regulations and prevent accidents
• Assist with inventory management for cleaning supplies and breakfast ingredients, notifying management when stock needs replenishing

Skills

• Previous hotel experience or hospitality background is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction
• Excellent communication skills to interact warmly with guests and team members
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in janitorial tasks or cleaning services demonstrates reliability in maintaining hygiene standards
• Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed to support guest needs
• Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Pay: £12.89-£14.00 per hour
