Housekeeper (BSD Placement, Third Party Contract)

Key Responsibilities

·         Meticulously do cleaning and prepare room assignments daily, ensuring that patient recovery rooms, consultation areas, and waiting lounges are spotless, sanitized, and fully stocked.

·         Maintain premium international hygiene and sanitation standards across all clinic facilities to ensure patient safety and comfort.

·         Manage and replace linens, towels, and room amenities promptly and elegantly, similar to a premium hotel standard.

·         Safely handle cleaning chemicals, biohazard waste, and sanitation equipment according to healthcare regulations.

·         Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the facility supervisor immediately.

·         Show courtesy and respect when working in close proximity to international patients and medical staff, maintaining a quiet and unobtrusive presence.

Qualifications & Requirements

·         Experience: Minimum 3 years as housekeeper with a proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

·         Industry Background: Must have hotel experience. We require candidates who can bring premium hospitality standards and exceptional attention to detail into a healthcare setting.

·         Location: Must currently reside in or around the BSD, Tangerang area.

·         Employment Terms: Willing to be employed under a contract through a third-party outsourcing agency.

·         Skills: Strong knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, sanitation protocols, and material handling.

·         Attitude: Highly disciplined, hardworking, and attentive to detail. Must possess a polite and professional demeanor suitable for interacting with international guests.

·         Language: Basic understanding of English is must to understand simple requests from international patients.
