Housekeeper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and staff alike. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality and an eye for detail, making it essential for the overall guest experience.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, hallways, and common areas to uphold high cleanliness standards.
• Manage housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Ensure all supplies are stocked and organized, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs promptly.
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedures regarding safety and sanitation.
• Collaborate with housekeeping management to maintain schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns related to housekeeping.

Experience

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and floor care techniques is a plus.
• Strong understanding of hospitality standards and practices.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
